Terms And Conditions Of Sale For The Wholesaler

Terms:

The wholesaler must furnish a State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate,or a copy of your certificate of Authority or be billed tax until the certificate is received. Any items sold for personal use must be taxed. Even if the individual or company has a sales tax number on file with GTGM shipments cannot be released until the Exemption Certificate is received. Credit Terms:

Companies and individuals must have bought supplies or merchandise amounting to $2500.00 too be considered for credit on open account (Net 30 Days). They must complete a credit application, authorization form and blanket resale exemption certificate.

Returned Checks:

Customers with checks returned because of insufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 service charge and be required to immediately wire transfer that amount due.

Minimum Orders:

May vary due to ever changing product catagories GTGM has a $150.00 minimum for most products. There is a $4.00 charge on items that are bought in units that are less than 10 units or if their cost is less than $45.00 per. unit.

Shipping:

Shipping costs may vary due too the weight of the product and the destination. Please call GTGM for pricing. (716)323-9194 most products are shipped UPS Ground. GTGM is not responsible for factors beyound our control such as shipping, material shortages, if it is impossible to ship order complete, we reserve the right to make several shipments until the order is complete. Unless notified to the contrary by the customer.

Warranty:

Express warranty from the manufactuor in written form only are accepted. We reserve the right to replace only the neccessary part.

Over Due Accounts:

Returns:

Prior authorization is needed on all returns to GTGM. GTGM will not accept returns on items damaged through customer abuse or normal wear and tear or items used for demonstration. Merchandise return requests must be communicated by phone or fax to the Customer Service Department and the proper form must be completed so we can serve you better. Any products returned to Global Toy & Game Merchants by an Independent Agent must be returned within ten (10) days of the products original purchase date. GTGM is under no obligation to return or provide a refund on products that where purchased from GTGM prior to ten (10) days. GTGM will not accept return on products that are considered merchantable or saleable merchandise. Products returned from the retail customer, the Independent Agent must return such product with following paper work:

(1) Completed product return form.

(2) A signed receipt from the retail customer that indicates name, address and day telephone of such customer and the selling agent.

(3) Product must be packaged to protect it during shipping.

(4) The retail customer's signed statement indicating their reason for having returned the product.

Claims for Damaged Goods:

For settlement of your claim contact the carrier. Do not sign the delivery papers until the carrier indicates the extent of the damage on your copy of the delivery papers.

Concealed Damage:

Contact the carrier within three (3) days after delivery and arrange for a concealed damage inspection, if concealed damage is found; you must file a claim with the carrier as it is now your merchandise.

Missing Cartons:

Contact Global Toy & Game Merchants immediately, do not sign the delivery receipt until the driver has noted the missing carton(s) on the freight bill.
